Recruitment to ICM training in the UK occurs at ST3 level through a nationally coordinated selection process. The application window typically opens in early February and details are updated on the FICM website here.

Occasionally standalone positions become available within the East of England. These will be advertised on this site and through the usual channels.
A number of observorships are available and can be arranged locally. The Neurocritical Care Unit at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge runs a 2 week programme, which can lead to short fixed-term appointments.
